Waukesha Area Apartment Association, in affiliation with the Wisconsin Real Estate Investors

I am the current President and active member of the Waukesha Area Apartment Association, a local chapter of the Wisconsin Apartment Association.

The Waukesha Area Apartment Association is a local chapter of the Wisconsin Real Estate Investors Association (formerly Wisconsin Apartment Association). We are a professional trade association representing owners and managers of rental housing in the City of Waukesha and surrounding communities. Our meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, with the exception of summer break (July and August) and our Christmas party in December.

Time: 6:30pm Arrive as early as 5pm to network and enjoy a meal!   

First Time Homebuyers

I speak at homebuyer education workshops for both La Casa de Esperanza and Housing Resources, Inc, along with several local bank partners.  There are a variety of first-time homebuyer grants to qualifity purchasers.
